Standard Terms

VAT

VAT will be charged at the standard rate on all goods.

Payment of Account

Accounts are due for settlement within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Bright Leaf Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge on all accounts not settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

Minimum Order

All orders under £250.00 excluding VAT will be subject to a £10.00 delivery charge.

Non-Delivery

Please advise Bright Leaf Distribution Ltd within 7 days of all non-deliveries.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Please notify Bright Leaf Distribution Ltd within 3 days of delivery.
